Achari Aloo By Heena Bharat TakIngredients

Veggies

  • Aloo/ potatoes chopped – 4
  • Garlic chopped – 2 cloves

Spices

  • Oil – 3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Achari masala – 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds – 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and add mustard and cumin seeds and chopped garlic to it.
  2. Wait till the seeds gets crackles .
  3. Add chopped potatoes now and mix well. Let them cook for 3 minutes with a covered kid.
  4. Add achari masala and red chilli powder and mix well.
  5. Cook the curry for more 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
  6. Quick and easy “Achari Aloo Fry” curry is ready to serve.
