Kala Chana Chaat


  • 1 cup boiled kabuli chana
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped
  • 1 papad
  • 2 tablespoon aloo bhujiya
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Ciba Chatkari Chaat Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Ciba Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ciba Red Chilly Powder
  • Juice of 2 lemons


  1. Dry roast papad and roughly crush it.
  2. In bowl, mix in boiled kabuli chana, chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chilly and crushed papad.
  3. Then add salt, chaat masala, black pepper powder and lemon juice.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Serve Chatpati Kale chaana Chaat.
