Fried Corn Chaat By Bishakha Kumari Saxena
Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl Corn
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Ciba Taza red Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ciba Taza Chatkari Chat Masala
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Black salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons bhujia for garnishing

Instructions:

  1. Firstly deep fried all corn
  2. Then take bowl put corn, Onion and tomato
  3. Add green chili, Ciba Taza red Chilli powder, Black salt, lemon juice and Ciba Taza Chatkari Chat Masala
  4. Mix it nicely.
  5. Then garnish with bhujia.
  6. Enjoy this chaat.
