  • Fruits as available. You can add orange, banana, apple, pomegranate, guava, pear, cucumber and chiku
  • Ciba Black pepper powder
  • Ciba Table Salt to taste
  • Ciba kashmiri Red chilly powder
  • Tamarind Chutney¬† 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice¬† 1 tsp
  • Ciba Chatkari chaat Masala


  1. Cut all fruits into small pieces and add it in a bowl
  2. Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder and red chilly powder
  3. Add tamarind chutney and lemon juice
  4. Mix well .
  5. Put into serving plate and sprinkle Ciba Chatkari Chaat Masala
  6. Chatkari Fruits chaat is ready
