• In a Kadai heat 1 ½ tbsp oil, add ¾ tsp Cumin, let it crackle, add 2 Chopped Onions & let it cook.
  • Add 4 chopped Potatoes, 1 portion of Cauliflower, 2 Carrots with ½ cup water and Salt to taste.
  • Cover it with a lid and till vegetables get soft. Add 1 chopped Green Capsicum, 2 Tomatoes and 1½ tsp Ciba Kitchen King Masala.
  • Let it cook till Tomatoes gets soft. Garnish with chopped coriander.
