Parval Ki Sabzi By Samy Samy


  • 5-6 parval
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 spoon Ciba kitchen king masala
  • 1 spoon lal mirch
  • 1 spoon jeera
  • 1 spoon haldi
  • Hing a pinch
  • Oil to cook


  1. Peel and wash parval.
  2. Cut into long slices.
  3. In pan, put oil. Put sliced parvals in there and fry them.
  4. When they change color, take them out.
  5. In pan, add hing, jeera.
  6. Then add onions, cook them.
  7. Then put fried parvals, salt, lal mirch, Ciba kitchen king masala, and 2 cups of water.
  8. When it boils then cook on simmer for 10 minutes.
