Suji Ke Pakode By Priya Vicky Garg


  • 1 katori Suji
  • 1/2 katori dahi
  • 2 tspn coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspn chilly flakes
  • 1/2 tspn green chilly chopped
  • 1/2 katori onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspn ciba garam masala
  • 1/2 tspn coriander powder
  • Oil for fry
  • 1/2 tspn Ciba chatkari chaat Masala for sprinkles


  1. Mix all Ingredients into a big bowl
  2. Add some water and make mixture like pakodas
  3. Now heat oil into a kadai and make pakodas with spoon or with hand
  4. Cook from both sides till they become golden brown. Cook on low to medium flame.
  5. Sprinkle Ciba Chaat Masala
  6. Serve with tamarind sauce or ketchup
