Kitchen King Masala Powder

Ciba’s kitchen king masala is not only known for the taste it imparts to the curries but also for the colors that make the recipes looks more delicious and exciting.

Simple steps to make Mix Veg:-

In a kadai heat 1.5 tbsp oil, add 3/4 tsp cumin seeds, let it crackle. Now mix 2 chopped onions and let it cook. Add 4 chopped potatoes, 1 portion of cauliflower, 2 carrot with 1/2 cup water and salt to taste. Cover it with a lid and cook till vegetables get soft. Add 1 chopped green capsicum, 2 tomatoes and 1.5 tsp Ciba Kitchen King Masala Powder. Let it cook till tomatoes gets soft. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
