Let’s start with South Indian Masala Chai.

Ingredients for making south Indian masala chai:

 

  • 1/4 tbs of Ciba masala chai powder (for 2 persons )
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tbs tea leaves
  • we use jaggery instead of sugar to taste best
  • 2 cups of milk

Method for making masala chai:

  • Add water to the container boil it for 2-3 minutes, after then put 1/4 tbs of chai masala powder and tea leaves and let them boiled for the next 5 minutes.
  • add the milk along with the jaggery and boil for another 3-5 minutes at low flame
  • strain and serve hot in cups and enjoy south Indian masala chai
